How much do washing and drying cost?

One wash of up to 10 kg costs 600 dinars regardless of the programme chosen, and one 20-minute drying cycle 200 dinars. Detergent and softener are included in the wash price.

Where is the Wash Hub self-service laundry?

The address is Dalmatinska 17, Belgrade and we are open every day from 8 am to 11 pm. The laundry has 8 machines — 4 washers and 4 dryers.

Is detergent included in the wash price?

It is — detergent and softener are dosed automatically and included in the price of 600 dinars. Nothing but laundry goes into the machine.

How long does a wash take, and how long a dry?

It depends on the programme: P1 at 30°C takes 43 minutes, P2 at 40°C and P3 at 60°C 55 minutes each, and P4 at 90°C 66 minutes. One drying cycle takes 20 minutes.

How does self-service laundry work?

You put your laundry (up to 10 kg) into the machine and close the door. Then, at the payment kiosk, you select that machine and pay one of three ways — cash, card or QR code — choose your programme and press START. No appointment is needed and there is no queue.

Is the laundry open on Sundays?

We are open every day of the week, Saturdays and Sundays included, from 8 am to 11 pm.

Yes — there is a dedicated pillow programme: it washes at 60°C, takes 53 minutes and costs the same 600 dinars.

What if the laundry isn't completely dry after one cycle?

Drying time depends on the amount of laundry, the fabric and the temperature you dry at. If needed, simply start another 20-minute cycle for 200 dinars.

How much laundry fits in a machine?

Up to 10 kg per load — in the washers and the dryers alike.

Is the price charged per kilogram?

No — you pay per load, not per kilogram. One wash costs 600 dinars whether the machine holds 3 kg or a full 10 kg, and one 20-minute drying cycle 200 dinars.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Wash Hub, a self-service laundry at Dalmatinska 17, Belgrade.

Contact form

When you send a message through the form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you enter one, and the text of the message. We use them solely to reply to you.

The message is sent to our email address and briefly sits in a sending queue on the server until it is delivered. We do not pass it to anyone else and we do not use it to send advertising.

The legal basis is your own request for contact — without that data we cannot reply.

Google map

There is a Google map in the Contact section. It loads from Google's servers only once you scroll near it — at that point Google learns your IP address and may set its own cookies. The address is also written above the map, so you can find us without loading it.

Server logs

The server records every request: IP address, time, the address requested, the browser type and the page you came from. This is for security and for finding faults, not for tracking visitors.

Those logs are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically. Application error logs are kept for 7 days.

Cookies

The site sets only what it needs to work. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and to object or withdraw consent you have given.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
